The Ardèche par Nature Cuvée red is a blend of Merlot and Syrah. This wine is a bright red garnet colour with a bluish glow. Its nose exhales aromas of red berries, liquorice with a mineral touch. It is fruity and fresh on the palate but stands apart from other wines thanks to its expressiveness. It is light with distinct tannins although soft. It will perfectly pair with a goat cheese salad, local ham and grilled meat.
The Ardèche Par Nature Cuvée Rosé has a pale peach colour and a nose that is filled with aromas of fresh strawberries and redcurrants. On the palate we found a nice nervousness and the freshness is supported by a nice acidity. With a very refreshing finish! Ideal as an aperitif and will suit perfectly with a Carpaccio of tomatoes or fruit salads.

La Scolca Black Label Gavi (also known as “Gigi”) is regarded as the ultimate Gavi – excepting La Scolca's exclusive extremely limited D'Antan which is Black Label Gavi aged in tanks on the lees for a straight ten years! That is extremely limited and expensive of course but this black label is more affordable and easier to get stock of.
La Scolca Black Label Gavi is highly sought after. Although pale in colour, this is deceptive as it's a big, rich wine packed with flavour and a real weight on the palate. It has a very very long finish.
Produced in the hills that extend east from Lake Garda and surround Verona. This bright pale yellow Pinot Grigio is fresh and dry with a well-balanced acidity. With a bouquet that is elegantly fruity with soft hints of pear. Always best served when it is well chilled and delicious as an aperitif or with fish dishes, white meat, and cheese.
Molinetto is a sustainable producer boasting organic practices. Their wines are organic but just not officially certified (the winemaker, Diego would rather be in the vineyard tending to his grapes and working the land than doing endless paperwork!).
