This Prosecco is made from carefully selected organic Glera grapes and thanks to the use of vegetable proteins is also suitable for Vegans
The Prosecco offers fine persistent bubbles with a classic Prosecco DOC aromatic nose. The wine is very soft on the palate, offering refreshing acidity with lots fruity flavours such as apple, apricot and some banana.
Produced in an area that is known for Prosecco in the province of Vicenza and Padova. This Minini Prosecco is 100% Glera and is pale yellow with green glints, accompanied with lasting fizziness. A bouquet that is Fruity with aromas of apple, pear and white flowers and a taste that is fresh, slightly citrus, with a distinct acidity and a harmonious and slightly aromatic aftertaste. Best served always well chilled 7 – 8 C and is delicious as an aperitif and ideal with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
With so much mass produced Prosecco out there it’s hard to know what one to choose. We continue to champion and import this modern Prosecco from 47 Anno Domini. We colloquially call this ‘Blackboard’ Prosecco.
As a Frizzante it is delicately sparkling with citrus, pear and floral aromas which flow to the palate. You will notice its closure uses the traditional ‘tappo spago’, the cork closure with string; this symbolises their connection to time-honoured methods once used with sparkling wines from Veneto.
