With a bright and bright straw yellow color, an expressive chardonnay with aromas of tropical fruit, melon and a memory of Mediterranean spices.
The palate is broad, full and unctuous. With good acidity and good balance. A chardonnay with character and good length, perfect to accompany a variety of dishes, from white meat, assorted fish, vegetarian dishes to spicy food.
The grapes come from 98 acres of vineyards, the majority of which are 26 years old (and 5 acres of which are ungrafted 90 year old Verdejo vines) all located in La Seca. The grapes are gently pressed and the juice settled for 24 hours. This is then racked to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees post ferment, for 3 months.
A nose of grapefruit, passion fruit, mandarin oil notes and lightly herbaceous characters. The palate is rich with minerality, racy lime zest acidity and a touch of stone fruit – giving a lovely texture and intensity, and tropical notes on the finish.
Grapes are sourced from Murviedros’s 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1500 that they control in the surrounding area. The blend is an equal split of all 3 grape varieties, with the Monastrell component aged for 4 months in oak.
Aromas of of ripe black fruits with a hint of spice. The palate is bright and juicy – blackberries and plums are balanced by soft tannins, juicy acidity, and a touch of pepper.

Eduardo Garrido's family-run winery only makes a Gran Reserva in the finest years with the best grapes. They have not made another since 2004 and Tilley's Wines bought the last of Eduardo's cellar.
Our Gran Reserva wine is characterised by its cherry colors with hints of terracotta and a clean, bright medium body. The nose offers intense aromas with hints of balsam and ripe fruit. The wine enters the mouth smoothly and cleanly, and finishes freshly and elegantly, with well developed tannins.
This wine is aged for 24 months in American and French oak, decanted periodically in the cellar, and given an additional 36 months to refine in the bottle before it was released.
Larrades Crianza is the latest wine from Bodegas Ciceron we have added to our portfolio. Being a Crianza, this means the wine has spent some time in oak and in this case, 14 months in barrels of 225 litres of French oak, followed by 8 months in the bottle.
Expect cherry-red hues in the glass. The aroma is red fruits, strawberry and raspberry and a little blackberry with soft notes of vanilla, cocoa, coconut and anise.
The palate is soft, warm and creamy (does anyone remember strawberry swirls?) with roasted coffee notes. This is a round wine with body and a long finish.
